Orders & Pre-Orders
You’re reserving a piece before it’s produced. We craft in small batches based on orders—no mass production.
Each Vitalien garment is made to order with uncompromising attention to detail. Pre-orders typically ship within 20 business days of purchase. This timeline allows for production, finishing, inspection, and preparation for dispatch. You’ll receive updates as your piece progresses through each stage — confirmation → production → inspection → dispatch.
Yes—within 24 hours of ordering. After that your piece enters production and can’t be changed or cancelled.
To keep each release intentional, exclusive and responsible. Pre-orders prevent overproduction and ensure quality.
Sizing & Fit

Most VITALIEN silhouettes are relaxed or oversized. Check the Fit Note on each item before ordering.
Payment, Delivery & Returns
We accept major debit/credit cards. For Africa we support Flutterwave and NGN bank transfers. For international customers we also support Stripe and PayPal (where available). All payments are secure.
Returns are accepted only for defective or incorrect items.
You must contact us within 3 days of receiving your order for approval.
Items must be unworn, unused, and returned with all original packaging and tags.
Refunds are issued only after inspection and processed back to the original payment method.
Return shipping is covered only when the error is from our end.
Pre-order, discounted, and final-sale items are non-refundable unless defective.
We ship worldwide from Abuja, Nigeria.
- Nigeria delivery: 2–7 business days
- International delivery: 7–15 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
All orders include tracking once dispatched. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight. Orders above 3 kg may require an additional charge — our logistics team will contact you before dispatch if needed. Customs/import duties (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs processes, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
Authenticity, Care & Support
Every piece ships with VITALIEN branded packaging and internal labels. Limited releases may include numbered cards for verification.
Cold wash inside-out. Do not bleach. Dry flat. Cool iron on reverse if needed. Avoid tumble-drying to preserve fabric and prints.
